Mercedes Maldonado Mercedes has worked at Angles Salon since 2001 where she has fine tuned her coloring and cutting skills. Practicing the art of hairdressing since 1998, she has received further training at the Toni & Guy Advanced Academy where her coloring skills moved to expert level. She is skilled in foil weaving including slicing, highlighting, lowlighting and other techniques. Her main focus and love is coloring hair. Mercedes is an Ambassador for TIGI.
